Logistics Specialist – Arabic Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on managing vehicle registration, licensing, and end‑to‑end import/export processes while ensuring compliance with Dubai RTA and other government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vehicle registration, licensing and ownership transfers in accordance with Dubai RTA regulations.
• Prepare, review and process letters of credit (L/C) and all shipping documentation.
• Coordinate import and export activities, liaising with customs, ports, RTA and other government bodies.
• Negotiate with carriers to achieve optimal logistics costs.
• Maintain accurate records, ensure system updates and guarantee compliance with all relevant procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of logistics experience within the UAE, including at least 1 year handling RTA processes.
• Proven experience in vehicle registration, customs clearance and end‑to‑end import/export operations.
• UAE driving licence and fluency in Arabic.
• Strong communication, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate availability to start.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with UPS/FedEx logistics systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of letters of credit, INCOTERMS and shipping documentation.
• Expertise in customs clearance procedures and vehicle registration processes.
