Logistics Supervisor (UAE National)

About the role

Amazon is looking for a dynamic, customer‑obsessed Logistics Supervisor to lead teams in both AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and Fulfilment Centre environments. You will ensure efficient workflows, exceed customer expectations, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in AMZL and FC settings, managing 30‑40 team members including Operations Assistants, Delivery Service Providers, and Associates.
• Allocate labour, lead meetings, assign duties, and maintain strong organisational standards.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities, using analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Communicate metrics, report exceptions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Utilise software and hardware tools to support daily operations and new system rollouts.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book preferred).
• Experience managing teams and coordinating logistics operations.
• Background in planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
