Loss Prevention Supervisor (Emirati)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Marriott Al Forsan. This role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies while maintaining high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Gather information, complete reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documents.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, handle complaints, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and proper emergency code responses.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related loss prevention or security experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Required skills

• Ability to operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to administer emergency care.
