AHS, a leading luxury real‑estate developer, is looking for a driven Luxury Sales Manager to lead its elite sales team. You will oversee the full sales cycle for high‑end properties, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in a discerning market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets for luxury properties.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team members.
• Maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted luxury campaigns.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Organise open houses, property showings, and networking events.
• Integrate new technologies and best practices to enhance the sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in luxury real estate or high‑end retail with a proven track record.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury market trends.
• Valid real‑estate licence preferred.
