M&A Deal Scout – Gaming (Commission‑Based Freelance)

About the role

Simple Tech, a Dubai‑based serial acquirer of profitable gaming and blockchain businesses, is seeking experienced M&A Deal Scouts to source off‑market acquisition opportunities. This is a pure commission‑based, remote freelance position where you are paid only when a deal you introduce is closed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and introduce gaming companies whose owners may be interested in a sale or merger.
• Leverage your personal network to source opportunities that are not listed on public deal platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, shareholders and other key industry participants.

Required profile

• Proven network and strong relationships within the gaming industry.
• Background in M&A, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development or entrepreneurship.
• Ability to assess businesses with multi‑million‑dollar EBITDA, sustainable revenue and established player bases.
