Machine Operator – Bihler

About the role

We are seeking experienced Bihler machine operators for a leading global power‑management plant in Dubai. The role involves setting up, operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate and monitor Bihler and other cam‑controlled machines.
• Perform routine adjustments, preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, carry out basic repairs and escalate major problems.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure finished products are stored correctly.
• Maintain accurate production reporting and documentation using basic computer skills.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Bihler machines; experience with Wafios or Finzer machines is a strong advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Practical experience in metal stamping, bending, welding and assembly processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
