Maintenance Team Member – Carpenter

About the role

Join Hilton’s hotel maintenance team in Dubai as a Carpenter, where you will ensure guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities are safe, functional and visually appealing. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to the exceptional hospitality experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective carpentry maintenance, including repair and installation of wooden furniture, doors, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, locks and skirting.
• Carry out minor painting, polishing, tiling, drywall repairs, silicone work and general handyman tasks as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain tools and equipment, support refurbishment projects and ensure compliance with Hilton standards and safety regulations.
