Manager – Conduct Supervision (UAEN)

About the role

We are supporting a leading financial institute in Dubai with the appointment of a Manager – Conduct Supervision (UAEN). This key regulatory‑facing role offers exposure to a broad range of supervised entities and the chance to contribute to high‑impact oversight and market‑wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Risk‑based supervision of regulated firms across multiple sectors.
• Conduct desk‑based reviews, onsite assessments, and thematic reviews.
• Analyse financial and non‑financial data to identify emerging risks and recommend supervisory actions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate expectations and challenge outcomes.
• Support regulatory projects, supervisory frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years’ experience in financial services, regulatory supervision, conduct oversight, or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to interpret data and assess risk.
• Solid understanding of regulatory environments and risk‑based supervision.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience engaging with senior management within regulated firms is advantageous.
