Manager Fixed Income Trading

About the role

Support the Fixed Income Trading desk in market‑making, execution, and portfolio management across government and corporate bonds, sukuks and other fixed‑income instruments. Contribute to daily P&L, market analysis and limit monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Execute trades and manage positions across a range of fixed‑income products.
• Monitor interest‑rate movements, spreads and market developments to identify trading opportunities.
• Assist the Head of Desk with yield‑curve positioning, risk hedging and liquidity management.
• Liaise with Sales and Structuring teams to provide pricing and trade support.
• Prepare daily reports on positions, exposures and P&L.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate trade booking and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, market conduct rules and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in fixed‑income or money‑market trading.
• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline; CFA preferred.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of regional bond and sukuk markets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg.
• Experience using Murex.
• Ability to work with yield‑curve analysis tools.
