Manager – Global Compliance & Reporting (Abu Dhabi)

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Abu Dhabi. You will lead complex compliance and reporting engagements for multinational clients while shaping your career in a globally connected, diverse environment. Key responsibilities

• Lead complex compliance and reporting engagements for multinational clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day client engagements, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of high‑quality tax services.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, taxation or related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA or ADIT are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in domestic and international tax compliance, tax accounting and tax auditing, preferably within a large professional services firm.
• Proven managerial and project‑management experience, including leading multicultural teams.
