Manager - Governance & Compliance

About the role

Dubai Holding Group is seeking a Manager – Governance & Compliance to join its Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role will support the delivery and ongoing management of governance, risk and compliance activities across the organisation’s diverse investment portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Review, update and maintain governance documents to align with best practices and organisational objectives.
• Coordinate governance processes across the portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of action items.
• Develop, implement and maintain the Governance, Risk and Compliance Manual.
• Identify gaps in governance, risk and compliance processes and propose practical improvements.
• Create and maintain a consolidated snapshot of the investment portfolio, including governance bodies for each portfolio company.
• Maintain governance trackers and ensure records are complete and up‑to‑date.
• Provide company secretarial support and assist with contract management and audit risk management activities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in governance, risk, compliance or related corporate secretarial functions.
• Proven ability to work across multiple portfolio companies and coordinate governance activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
