Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (Financial Services)

About the role

KPMG Middle East is looking for a high‑performing Manager to lead Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) engagements for its Financial Services clients. The role involves overseeing complex projects across internal audit, ICOFR, ERM, corporate governance and risk advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgeting, billing, margin monitoring and resource planning.
• Act as primary contact for senior client stakeholders and sign‑off on key deliverables before partner review.
• Ensure compliance with KPMG internal risk management and client acceptance procedures across all service lines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Management Accounting or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in internal audit, ICOFR, ERM or corporate governance, preferably within consulting or financial institutions.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading multiple engagements.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage engagement economics.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CA, ACCA, CISA, CFE, CRMA, BCM or CCGP (mandatory or in advanced stage).
