Manager Sales – Joint Ventures

About the role

The Manager Sales – Joint Ventures will drive revenue growth by overseeing Etihad Airways’ joint‑venture partnerships and leading cross‑functional projects that enhance the commercial infrastructure supporting JV sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transversal projects to optimise tooling, contracting and organisational processes for joint‑venture sales.
• Maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide clear visibility on JV performance for data‑driven decisions.
• Prepare and chair sales working groups and strategic meetings with JV partners, ensuring actionable outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse global account and JV performance using internal data and market intelligence (e.g., PRISM, DDS) to identify revenue opportunities.
• Track KPIs for JV trunk routes and distribution channels, highlighting trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Support the creation of incentive models, route‑level reviews, business cases and corrective action plans.
• Advise regional sales teams and business development managers on performance‑improvement actions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Revenue Management, Alliances, IT, Sales Enablement) to align targets and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ATI governance frameworks and JV regulatory agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 + years experience in airline partnerships, revenue management or global sales.
• Strong analytical capability to turn performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing joint ventures or strategic partnerships across international markets.
• Solid understanding of airline commercial and revenue functions.
• High cultural awareness and effective interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel and data‑modelling proficiency.
