Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will work full‑time on‑site in Dubai, supporting the growth of IPR Holiday Homes through strategic and hands‑on marketing activities. This role focuses on planning and executing campaigns, researching the holiday‑home market, and attracting property owners and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research on Dubai’s short‑term rental sector to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage social media, digital platforms, and partner networks to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and interior‑design partners to develop value propositions and support lead generation.
• Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and campaign design abilities.
• Solid market research skills to analyse trends, competitors and customer needs.
• Effective communication skills for creating clear marketing content.
• Experience supporting sales and lead‑generation activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
