Marketing Executive

About the role

MYA Restaurant & Lounge is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive in Dubai. The role plans and executes marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, footfall and revenue while keeping the venue's premium image and target audience in mind.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run marketing campaigns aligned with the venue's premium image and target audience
• Conduct market research and develop promotional strategies
• Manage the social media and digital presence
• Create marketing content and support sales initiatives
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights for management
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners
• Work closely with operations, events and guest relations teams for consistent messaging and guest experience

Required profile

• Strong marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand positioning and hospitality or lifestyle marketing
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality or luxury lifestyle sectors in Dubai or the region is an advantage
