Marketing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team at One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai. The intern will support a variety of marketing activities, helping to bring the brand’s vision of joy and unforgettable experiences to life.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print channels.
• Support brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and media activities.
• Help coordinate events, photoshoots, media visits, and content creation projects.
• Conduct market, competitor, media, and influencer research.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, calendars, and tracking documents.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to One&Only brand standards.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Passion for luxury hospitality, travel, and branding.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
