Marketing Manager (Lubes)

About the role

The Marketing Manager (Lubes) delivers marketing initiatives that support growth, brand equity and commercial performance of the Lubricants portfolio across retail and commercial channels. Reporting to the Team Leader, the role executes approved strategies, strengthens product positioning and runs campaigns that drive penetration, volume and customer loyalty, working closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Commercial teams and agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Execute approved marketing strategies and turn business priorities into annual plans and campaign briefs with clear targets
• Deliver customer value propositions and brand messaging across all communications, translating technical features into customer benefits
• Plan and deliver campaigns across digital, in-store, trade, CRM and traditional channels, supporting full-funnel execution and promotional offers
• Track campaign performance against KPIs, prepare insights and dashboards, and run post-campaign evaluations
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies, monitor agency outputs and escalate issues to the Team Leader
• Manage marketing budgets within approved limits, track spend against outcomes and support forecasting and budget planning

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
• 8 years of marketing experience focused on campaign management and execution
• Experience in retail, services, FMCG or consumer-focused industries
• Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels and work with agencies and cross-functional teams
