Marketing & Sales Executive – Interior Décor Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to drive new business and promote our interior decoration, fit‑out, joinery and solid surface solutions across the UAE. The role combines field sales, client relationship management and market intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities throughout the UAE.
• Visit potential clients, contractors, consultants, interior designers, architects and project companies.
• Promote the company’s interior‑decoration, fit‑out, joinery and solid‑surface product portfolio.
• Generate leads via field visits, networking, social media, referrals and other marketing channels.
• Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Track projects from enquiry through order confirmation to completion.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, production and project teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations and sales activities.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Proven UAE market experience in sales/marketing, preferably in interior fit‑out, joinery, construction, building materials or solid surface.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE construction and interior‑design market.
• Ability to generate leads and develop new business independently.
• Target‑oriented, confident, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Fluent English; Arabic, Hindi or Urdu is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for client meetings and site visits.
