Marketing & Social Media Manager

About the role

Arvesta Elite Real Estate is looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to shape its digital presence in Dubai. The role will lead multi‑platform campaigns, produce high‑impact property content and generate qualified leads to support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the brand footprint on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Design, launch and optimise paid social advertising campaigns to attract quality leads.
• Create engaging real‑estate media, including video reels, visual creatives and copy.
• Monitor and analyse campaign metrics to improve engagement, lead quality and conversion rates.
• Oversee day‑to‑day social media communications and coordinate all digital marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing within the real‑estate sector.
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and its audience.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads.
• Experience using TikTok Ads.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Video content creation and editing.
• Lead generation funnel design and optimisation.
