MBA Consultant Intern – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking an MBA intern to join its Strategy & Transformation team in Dubai. You will work alongside senior consultants on high‑impact projects, helping clients navigate crises, improve performance, and implement strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and structure complex business issues for client projects.
• Conduct thorough research, develop advanced financial models in Excel, and generate insightful analyses.
• Synthesize findings into clear presentations and support the execution of strategic recommendations.
• Manage project modules under guidance, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an MBA with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and Jul 2028 (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the full internship period and travel to client sites.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in a multicultural environment.
