McLaren Sales Consultant – Luxury Vehicle Sales

About the role

The McLaren Sales Consultant will represent the McLaren brand at Abu Dhabi Motors, delivering a personalized, high‑touch sales experience to high‑net‑worth customers. You will manage the full sales cycle, from inquiry to delivery, while upholding the premium standards of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales process for McLaren vehicles, including presentations, test drives, and bespoke showroom experiences.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, handling follow‑ups, referrals, and loyalty programmes.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs, preparing accurate quotations and sales documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records in CRM systems and report market trends and competitor insights.
• Ensure compliance with global McLaren sales standards, showroom presentation, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to guarantee smooth vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or premium retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Strong knowledge of McLaren models, specifications and customization options.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management and reporting.
