MEA Head of Performance Controlling

About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as the MEA Head of Performance Controlling, leading performance controlling for the DX Zone MEA business unit and contributing to the DX MEA leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead timely and accurate execution of budgeting, forecasting, financial closings, reporting and performance reviews for the DX Zone MEA business unit.
• Provide management with insightful financial analyses, forward‑looking business steering and transparent performance reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
• Act as trusted business partner to Business Units and functional management, challenging the status quo and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Drive financial transparency, productivity, profitability, cash and value creation across the DX MEA Business.
• Prepare clear, concise monthly and quarterly commentary and deliver accurate forecasts, management reports, financial bridges and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Shape and continuously improve the Finance operating model, leveraging digital technologies, automation, advanced analytics and AI.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance, Performance Controlling or Corporate Controlling, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics.
• Proven track record of leading high‑performing, international finance teams.
• Strong understanding of operational and financial value drivers in a project‑, product‑ or service‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior management in an international setting.
