About the role
Al Marwan Developments is looking for a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join its engineering team. This position is designed for fresh graduates eager to start a career in the construction and real‑estate sector, working with heavy‑machinery projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily mechanical engineering and site activities.
- Prepare reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Support project coordination and execution.
- Review drawings and engineering documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and site staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Good computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
