Medical Representative (OTC & Clinics)

About the role

Ronexa Gulf is looking for a Medical Representative (OTC & Clinics) to cover Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. This full-time field role centres on representing the company's OTC portfolio, building commercial partnerships with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, and driving product visibility across regional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Promote OTC pharmaceutical products through routine visits to retail pharmacies, chain stores and clinics.
• Build professional relationships with general practitioners, internal medicine specialists and pharmacy staff.
• Plan territory coverage schedules across the assigned area to optimise daily outreach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, promotional activities and retail customer feedback.
• Compile and submit visit reports, sales performance data and field-level market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail pharmacy, OTC sales or chain pharmacy distribution networks.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to cover assigned territorial routes independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with OTC drug lines and territory management frameworks.
• Customer relationship management and sales reporting tools.

What we offer

• Basic salary of AED 8,000 plus performance-based incentives.
