Medical Representative – OTC Line

About the role

Aspen Holdings is looking for a Medical Representative for its OTC line in Dubai on a permanent basis. The role promotes Aspen products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory, builds relationships with HCPs, delivers key brand marketing messages and achieves sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily face-to-face calls to physicians (30%) and pharmacists (70%) and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Carry out AVAs and promotional activities regularly.
• Build sustainable, positive relationships with target HCPs and other stakeholders.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and submit daily call reports and weekly sales trackers on time.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area and share it with health professionals.
• Monitor competitors and their activities in the area.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or Pharmacy; fresh graduates can apply.
• Entry-level selling and presentation skills.
• Market knowledge, industry knowledge and consumer relevance.
• Flexibility, tolerance for ambiguity, problem-solving, active listening and resistance to stress.
