Medical Representative – Pet Health

About the role

The Medical Representative (Pet Health) will drive sales growth of veterinary pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, vaccines and pet care products across pet clinics, veterinary hospitals and retail pet shops in the UAE. The role blends technical veterinary knowledge with strong commercial capability to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for pet health products.
• Conduct regular visits to pet clinics, veterinary hospitals and pet shops within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with veterinarians, clinic owners, purchasing managers and pet‑shop managers.
• Identify new business opportunities, onboard new customers and monitor competitor activities.
• Provide product training and technical support to clinic staff and ensure proper product display in retail outlets.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports and support the credit control process.

Required profile

• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent).
• Experience in the UAE pet health or veterinary market.
• Strong sales and marketing capabilities with good communication skills in English.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
