Wellfit, a fitness and wellbeing group growing across the UAE, is looking for a Member Experience Executive in Dubai. The role delivers exceptional customer experiences and helps drive member retention.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members with professionalism and care
• Handle account queries, scheduling and service requests promptly
• Build strong relationships through in-club, phone and email outreach
• Recommend programs, products and services tailored to member needs
• Gather feedback to improve the member journey and service culture
• Support retail shop operations and ensure club cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with fitness and membership teams to maximise engagement

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of fitness programs and services is a plus
