MENA Product Manager - Vice President

About the role

The Product organization is recruiting a Product Manager to support the MENA Custody & Fund Administration business. The role covers product definition, client engagement, solutioning, product enhancement, strategic innovation and commercial growth. It reports to the head of MENA Product Management and requires deep domain expertise in Global Custody, with a focus on the Americas region.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Middle East stakeholders to set the business strategy and required investment.
• Document the product definition and standards for Custody & Fund Administration products and work with Global Delivery teams to build a consistent operating model.
• Provide domain expertise in the day-to-day running of the business.
• Work with segment and coverage heads representing the business to Middle East and cross-border clients.
• Identify areas for improvement of the core product.
• Track record of engaging complex clients, solutioning operating models and turning requirements into platform features.
• Own the product P&L to optimise product performance.

Required profile

• Seasoned VP/ED with 10+ years' experience in Securities Services.
• Prior experience in product organizations, operations and/or technology.
• Consultative experience with institutional investors.
• Experience leading complex change agendas.
• Strong team player comfortable working across complex organizations.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Custody & Fund Administration products (Global Custody, Direct Custody, Fund Administration, Performance Management, FX and Cash).
• Familiarity with industry integration tools and data visualisation tools.
