Merchandise Planner / Brand Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Merchandise Planner / Brand Executive to join our Buying & Merchandising team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the full merchandise cycle, ensuring the right stock is available at the right place and time while keeping inventory healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate, replenish and consolidate stock across stores and channels.
• Create and manage purchase and sales orders.
• Maintain shipment trackers and monitor stock availability, back‑orders and ETAs with brands and suppliers.
• Analyse sales, stock levels and coverage to trigger timely re‑ordering.
• Identify best‑sellers, slow‑moving items and potential stock‑out risks.
• Handle warranty and supplier claims through to closure.
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Retail, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance teams.
• Support regular reporting on stock and merchandise performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in merchandise planning, buying, brand coordination or retail inventory management.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and supplier coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Working knowledge of ERP or POS systems.
