About the role
M·A·C is seeking an energetic and inspiring Area Retail Trainer to bring the brand’s artistry and exceptional service experience to life across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. This highly mobile role combines makeup artistry, retail expertise and people development, working closely with retail teams in three markets.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen retail teams’ artistry, product knowledge, and selling capabilities.
- Deliver the distinctive M·A·C experience to every consumer across the region.
Required profile
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist or comparable retail training role.
- Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, highly organized with high emotional intelligence.
