Mid-level Corporate M&A Lawyer – Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established international law firm in Dubai to recruit a Corporate Associate specialising in M&A. The successful candidate will join a growing corporate practice, handling both domestic and cross‑border transactions and working closely with senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support M&A transactions from inception to completion.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of corporate agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence and advise clients on commercial implications.
• Coordinate with international counsel on cross‑border deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a common‑law background, preferably.
• Significant corporate/M&A experience gained at a recognised law firm.
• Proven ability to manage transactions end‑to‑end.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial awareness.
• Strong client‑management skills; cross‑border experience is a plus.
