About the role
The Mortgage Advisor will guide clients through mortgage options and financing solutions, ensuring a smooth application process.
Key responsibilities
- Advise clients on mortgage products and financing options based on their needs.
- Assess client financial information to identify suitable mortgage solutions.
- Assist clients with mortgage applications, documentation, and approval procedures.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to follow up on applications.
- Support clients seeking financing for off‑plan properties and maintain ongoing communication.
Required profile
- 3–4 years of experience in mortgage banking or advisory.
- Knowledge of mortgage products, financing procedures and off‑plan properties, preferably in the UAE market.
- Experience handling mortgage applications and coordinating with banks.
- Strong communication, client servicing and negotiation abilities.
