Multilingual Marketing Specialist – Russian/French/Spanish

About the role

Prima Luxury Real Estate is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist who is fluent in Russian, French and Spanish. Based in Dubai, you will help elevate the brand’s digital presence and generate high‑quality leads for luxury property listings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans for Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms, creating visual and written posts that attract high‑net‑worth clients.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified leads.
• Oversee property listings and advertising on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and similar portals.
• Update website content, ensuring property details and market reports are accurate and premium‑aligned.
• Collaborate with agents, photographers, designers and external suppliers to deliver marketing collateral.
• Prepare performance reports for social media and paid campaigns to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in Russian, French and Spanish with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability tailored to luxury real‑estate audiences.
• Proactive, organized and able to work cross‑functionally.
