Network & Security Specialist

About the role

The Network & Security Specialist will manage and support Aban Investment’s network, wireless, telephony and security infrastructure. The role ensures high availability, performance and reliability of IT services across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and optimise LAN, WAN, WLAN and VPN environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to routers, switches, wireless controllers, access points and firewalls.
• Configure firewall rules, VPNs, VLANs, ACLs and other access‑control policies.
• Support IP‑telephony platforms such as Cisco CME, CUCM and Yealink phones.
• Participate in change‑management, disaster‑recovery and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years (48 months) of experience in network and security administration.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, switching and wireless technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal IT teams and external vendors.
