Nurse Unit Manager – Operating Theatre Complex

About the role

Lead and manage the nursing team within the Operating Theatre Complex, ensuring patient‑centric, evidence‑based care and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and management guidance to the team.
• Ensure evidence‑based patient care practices are followed according to clinical standards.
• Develop employees and create an environment that enables team engagement for positive patient experiences.
• Manage clinical and non‑clinical resources cost‑effectively to enhance safe patient care.
• Monitor compliance with legislative, regulatory and clinical standards to drive continuous quality improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (essential); Master’s preferred.
• 3‑5 years senior nursing experience, preferably in a private hospital; 5‑10 years managing an Operating Theatre Complex desired.
