Off-Plan Property Consultant

About the role

Richmond Properties is looking for a property consultant to join its primary desk and advise local and international buyers on off-plan launches across Dubai. You will register clients for new releases, compare payment plans and stay with each buyer through to handover. The company provides structured training at the Richmond Academy, leads from its in-house CRM and lead generation, and full marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise buyers on off-plan launches, developers, payment plans and handover timelines
• Register clients for new releases and manage reservations through to contract
• Work leads from the in-house CRM and follow up promptly
• Present projects in meetings, site visits, show apartments and investor events
• Keep buyers informed on construction progress, snagging and handover

Required profile

• Experience in Dubai off-plan sales or a strong sales background
• RERA certification, or willingness to complete it with the company's support
• Clear, confident communication in English; other languages welcome
• Organised, honest and comfortable working with targets and a CRM
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
