About the role
Joshi Real Estate Dubai is looking for an Off-plan Specialist focused on new developer launches. The role owns the launch-day playbook, the developer relationship and the client journey of clients interested in off-plan properties. It is based at the Emirates Towers headquarters with frequent on-site work at developer launches.
Key responsibilities
- Lead launch coverage for Emaar, DAMAC, Sobha, Binghatti, Omniyat and other developers
- Get first-look access to developer inventory before public launch
- Turn inbound interest from JRE's launch coverage into reservations
Required profile
- Three-plus years of experience in Dubai off-plan sales
- A measurable track record at one or more of the major developers
- RERA registration
