Officer - Ethics And Business Integrity

About the role

The Officer – Ethics and Business Integrity provides analytical and coordination support to develop and implement Emirates Global Aluminium’s ethics and compliance programme, ensuring alignment with leading practices, laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analytical and coordination support for the ethics & compliance programme development and implementation.
• Publish ethics policies, advise employees on the Code of Conduct, and manage gifts & entertainment and conflicts of interest processes.
• Assist with third‑party due‑diligence screening, coordinate training programmes and deliver internal investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law or a related field, from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a large international manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of UAE laws and key international anti‑bribery regulations such as the UK Bribery Act and US FCPA.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Ability to develop training content and deliver e‑learning via LMS platforms.
• Strong research and analytical abilities for investigations and reporting.
