Officer Regulatory Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an Officer Regulatory Reporting to join the Risk Management department of Commercial Bank International in Sharjah. The role involves preparing and delivering a range of regulatory reports to the Central Bank, supporting risk analytics, and ensuring data accuracy across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi‑annual and annual BRF/IRF regulatory reports and ad‑hoc data submissions for the Central Bank.
• Compile and submit the quarterly RBS survey and the annual RCSA assessment for the Financial & Market risk unit.
• Design, develop and maintain risk reports, perform trend analysis and provide insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Automate MIS requirements in collaboration with the AVP – Risk Analytics and reconcile reports with Finance and GL.
• Support ad‑hoc risk management activities as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Graduate or post‑graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in regulatory and MIS reporting within banking or financial institutions.
• Knowledge of CBUAE BRF/IRF guidelines, Basel requirements and central‑bank risk‑based supervision surveys.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
