Oil & Gas Consultant (Internal Audit)

About the role

MBG Corporate Services is seeking a Consultant specialized in Oil & Gas to lead internal audit engagements across the sector. You will work with senior management and clients to deliver high‑quality audit reports and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical expertise across upstream, midstream and downstream Oil & Gas value chains.
• Prepare and deliver internal audit and consulting reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Lead end‑to‑end internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, defining audit scope, developing risk control matrices and audit work programs.
• Utilize data analytics to support audit execution and evidence documentation.
• Draft comprehensive internal audit reports and provide practical process‑improvement recommendations.
• Present audit findings to client leadership and senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
