Onboarding Analyst – Institutional (KYC)

About the role

As a KYC Onboarding Analyst you will lead the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes for a portfolio of institutional corporate clients. You will ensure that each onboarding case complies with global and local anti‑financial crime regulations while delivering a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive CDD and EDD checks for Trust & Corporate Service Providers, MiFID clients, funds and SPVs.
• Analyse complex ownership structures, financial statements and transaction patterns to identify risk.
• Maintain direct communication with clients to explain onboarding requirements and gather necessary documentation.
• Escalate identified red flags to the Compliance team and support investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding workflows and improve client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in CDD/EDD within a financial services or compliance environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret intricate corporate structures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage a personal case portfolio.
