Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Operations Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse and 3PL activities, ensuring stock availability, accurate documentation, and smooth order fulfilment across the United Arab Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels and inventory across shops and warehouses.
• Track 3PL deliveries, pending shipments and delivery performance.
• Prepare daily stock and operational reconciliations.
• Generate CIPL (Commercial Invoice & Packing List) for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle basic shipping and logistics documentation.
• Monitor returns, damages and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate packaging material availability and deliveries.
• Act as liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse and 3PL teams, escalating operational issues and maintaining daily reports.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Inventory or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands‑on experience in stock control, reconciliation, 3PL coordination and deliveries.
• Good understanding of shipping documents and CIPL preparation.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
