Operations Executive – Employee Benefits Department

About the role

Al Himayah Insurance Brokers is looking for a detail‑oriented Operations Executive to support its Employee Benefits Department. The role involves policy administration, claims processing, coordination with clients and insurers, and ensuring compliance with UAE insurance regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage policy onboarding and process endorsements accurately.
• Handle reimbursement claims and pre‑approval requests promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and manage data in ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with CBUAE regulations and applicable insurance guidelines.
• Support daily employee‑benefits operations while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor operational processes and contribute to service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Previous medical insurance operations experience.
• Insurance‑broker experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
