About the role
Join a newly formed organization designing and launching innovative business models across MENA, leading operations for a fast‑delivery service that redefines customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end operations for one large site or multiple small sites, supervising store operations.
- Meet customer‑facing metrics while maintaining cost targets, safety, and team morale.
- Drive performance management of team members and implement training and development plans.
- Continuously improve operational processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
- Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits for stores.
- Stand‑in for Area Manager when required.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- Experience in a logistics or operations environment.
Required skills
- Conducting 4M audits.
- Conducting 5S audits.
