Operations Executive – Last Mile

About the role

Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region. We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead last‑mile operations in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring high delivery performance, safety, and partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end last‑mile operations across multiple small sites on a daily basis.
• Supervise dispatch teams, monitor customer‑facing metrics, and maintain cost and safety targets.
• Drive performance management for internal team members and DSP (Delivery Service Partner) collaborators.
• Design and deliver training and development plans for delivery associates.
• Collaborate with DSPs to continuously improve processes and achieve sustained performance gains.
• Conduct daily 4M/5S and safety Gemba audits at stores.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑facing, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to inspire and lead a team under pressure.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and delivering practical solutions.
