About the role
Se Air Global Logistics LLC is looking for a motivated Operations Executive to join its Sea Freight Operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating sea freight shipments, handling customs clearance, and ensuring smooth import and export activities while complying with local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sea freight operations for both Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments.
- Manage import and export customs clearance processes in Dubai.
- Prepare and handle shipment documentation and operational procedures.
- Liaise with customers, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Maintain compliance with operational standards and Dubai customs regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sea freight operations experience in Dubai.
- University degree.
- Locally available in the UAE.
Required skills
- Sea Freight Operations (FCL & LCL).
- Import and Export Customs Clearance.
- Logistics documentation and shipment coordination.
