About the role
MDX is looking for an Operations Intern in Dubai to support daily operations within its holiday homes business. The intern helps ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with guest coordination and bookings
- Support property management operations
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
- Help maintain service quality and operational efficiency
Required profile
- Students or graduates interested in hospitality, operations or business management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
