Operations Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day execution of Majid Al Futtaim’s e‑commerce operations across fulfilment centres and last‑mile delivery. The role ensures orders are processed, packed and dispatched on time while maintaining high standards of freshness, quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all e‑commerce fulfilment centres, coordinating with the last‑mile team to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Monitor picking rates, marshalling, dispatch and ensure dark‑store stock adequacy.
• Coordinate with commercial, IT, e‑merchandise and services teams to align operations with corporate policies.
• Implement performance‑management processes, track attendance, disciplinary actions and budget compliance.
• Conduct quality‑control audits and resolve logistics or system‑process issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce fulfilment.
• Proven experience managing last‑mile operations and retail environments is a plus.
