Operations Manager

About the role

FIXGO is looking for a driven leader to own day-to-day operations and execute its growth strategy, coordinating between technicians, customer service, suppliers, finance and ownership. The position is based in Al Quoz, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage technician schedules and dispatch operations
• Resolve operational issues and service challenges
• Develop and optimise CRM and operational systems
• Lead and manage technician and administrative staff
• Oversee cash position, payments, invoices and expense management
• Track revenue, efficiency and KPIs
• Manage supplier relationships and the vehicle fleet
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
• Execute expansion and scaling initiatives

Required profile

• High accountability and ownership mindset
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills
• Problem-solving ability under pressure
• Operations experience (automotive, fleet, logistics or field service preferred)
• Budget and KPI management experience
• Nice to have: automotive workshop or mobile-repair background, familiarity with dispatch systems, experience scaling small-to-medium businesses
