About the role
FIXGO is looking for a driven leader to own day-to-day operations and execute its growth strategy, coordinating between technicians, customer service, suppliers, finance and ownership. The position is based in Al Quoz, Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage technician schedules and dispatch operations
- Resolve operational issues and service challenges
- Develop and optimise CRM and operational systems
- Lead and manage technician and administrative staff
- Oversee cash position, payments, invoices and expense management
- Track revenue, efficiency and KPIs
- Manage supplier relationships and the vehicle fleet
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Execute expansion and scaling initiatives
Required profile
- High accountability and ownership mindset
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills
- Problem-solving ability under pressure
- Operations experience (automotive, fleet, logistics or field service preferred)
- Budget and KPI management experience
- Nice to have: automotive workshop or mobile-repair background, familiarity with dispatch systems, experience scaling small-to-medium businesses
